Yesterday, i went to the first Gurrie cheerleading clinic. We learned our cheer and we'll be trying out next Thurs. Wish me luck!
I've never been a cheerleader before and i hope to start now. I know it's hard but it's also fun! The Gurrie cheer is:

Halloween Hysteria
Tonight from 7:00 to 9:00 i went to my school's Halloween dance. I dressed as Dionne from the movie Clueless. I wore a beret with my outfit and got lots of compliments. The music was great and we danced a lot. I could never really explain how the dance was. It was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I danced a lot with Steven P. and Andrew. I have to say that enjoyed dancing with Steven more (he was a little sweaty but wasn't everyone?!) I'm looking forward to the next dance. I went with April and Susan. April had more fun than Susan though.
It was so much fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gurrie Eary Act
There's an Early Act club at Gurrie. I didn't want to join at the beginning until my mom told me to join. I just can't because they already have started and that is impossible. Anyway,
Early Act was having a food drive and each 7th grade advisory was supposed to get as many items as they can. The advisory with the most food gets a pizza party. Every time you bring in an item, you get 1 tiger stripe. All together (at one time), i brought in 83 items and that's how many tiger stripes i got!!!!! Our advisory (Roark/Pederson) won!!!! Our pizza party is next Friday!!! I can't wait!!!

The Harvest Festival
Yesterday, a friend (April) asked me to go with her to the Harvest Festival that was being held at the skateboarding park. I agreed and Mom, Dad, and John ended up going with me even though we didn't hang out. April and i had fun going on the moon bounce, doing the cup stacking, dancing, playing games, eating, doing cheerleading, and just hanging out.
First we went on the the moon bounce. There were like three rowdy boys that were in with us. They would jump on each other and it almost looked like they were killing each other! Once, I slipped (it actually looked like i was in slow motion!) and fell. April was standing right next to me and i bumped into her. We both fell down and couldn't stop laughing. Then we made our way over to the Cup Stacking and April got the highest score. I tried but that is another story that I'm NEVER going to tell! I saw a couple of kids from Gurrie and we said hello. It was cool that my parents could see some of the kids that i hang out with for five days a week. We played a game and we were the only teens that played. Two other Gurrie kids tried to play but they had to sing a song so they just watched. Some of the songs that i heard being played were Burnin up (Jonas Brothers), a song by Miley Cyrus, Toxic (the first time i heard it was on Frida's computer), and a few of songs that they played at the Fun Night.
April and I also did some gymnastics/cheerleading for me. I found out that we both are at the same level. We both can do cartwheels, one handed cartwheels, round offs, back bends, and we both tied at racing each other. i think she's the perfect friend here in America (not in Niger because i have a whole bunch of BFFs). Sometimes i felt bad for John 'cause he had to hang out with Mom and Dad since Dominique couldn't come (not that Mom and Dad aren't fun to hang out with).
Susan didn't come and i haven't seen her in like two days. That's because she ignored me yesterday and threw tomatoes at me. She's been hanging out with Matt (an old friend of April) and he was going to pay her money to be mean to us. Then Matt said all these bad things about me and Susan didn't really deny it. I felt so bad about Susan and Matt doing all those things to me. I don't plan on talking to EVER again or until she apologizes to me and actually means it. It's almost like she is dating Matt. If he was the same age, they would probably be going out by now. i feel a little bad for April because she now has no one to hang out with who lives by her.

The Clique Movie
I just found out of www.thecliquemovie.com , that the Clique movie is gowing out on DVD on...............................NOVEMBER 18!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot wait to see the movie. I think I'm going to watch it at my birthday/sleepover(i have one every year) or around Christmas time because i don't want to wait until my birthday in February. MASSIE, DYLAN, ALCIA, KRISTEN, and CLAIRE: I am SO ready to see you on my TV screen!!!!!!!
